Cancellation Policy
A 50% service cancelation fee will be applied to all appointments that do not meet the required 24 hour cancelation window.
Circumstances such as sickness and emergencies do happen and will be taken into consideration at the stylist’s discretion.
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late are subject to cancelation and or a late fee.
Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours notice will not incur a fee.
